Royal Pacific Kennels Health Guarantee

At Royal Pacific Kennels, we are committed to producing healthy, happy puppies with the foundation to become wonderful family companions.

While we carefully select our breeding dogs and prioritize health, some genetic or congenital conditions may not become apparent until later in a puppy’s development.

Our 1-year health guarantee provides protection for our clients in the event a qualifying inherited genetic condition is diagnosed during the guarantee period.

Upon receiving your new RPK production, a health examination by a licensed veterinarian is required within the first 7 days of the puppy arriving in its new home.

Because our XL productions are large, heavy-boned dogs with increased demands on their joints, we also recommend ongoing joint support throughout their lives. During the first year, RPK productions are required to receive a glucosamine and chondroitin supplement to support cartilage and joint health, mobility, and overall joint function.

Failure to complete the required veterinary examination or follow the agreed-upon health requirements may void the health guarantee.

If your RPK production is diagnosed with a qualifying inherited genetic condition determined to have been passed down from its parents or lineage, RPK will provide a replacement puppy of similar quality and value, subject to the terms of this guarantee.

The client must provide written documentation and a detailed diagnosis from a licensed veterinarian confirming the condition.

Replacement puppies are subject to availability and will be provided according to RPK’s current breeding schedule.
