Upon choosing our breeding pairs, we open our waitlist for that breeding pair’s puppies. When litters are born we contact our waitlist first, after everyone on our waitlist has responded we will open the remaining picks to the public. We require a deposit to hold a pick. At time of picks for puppies, we require half of the total puppy’s price to be paid. The remaining half of the total is due on that litters ‘Go Home Day’ at 12 weeks, unless contracted on a Gold Extension or Black Plan.
Our waitlist opens as soon as we decide what pairing will be done and the timeline. We require a $100 non-refundable deposit to hold your place on our waitlist. Despite being non-refundable, our waitlist deposit is transferable within 24 months of deposit date. We close our waitlist once the bitch is 40 days pregnant, following a confirmation ultrasound.
Upon whelp of litter, we contact our waitlist first, collecting an $400 puppy deposit (combined with the waitlist deposit, equals to our $500 puppy deposit). After we have contacted everyone on our waitlist, we will take new puppy questionnaires from public inquires. There is a $500 non-refundable puppy deposit to hold your pick of choice.
Between 5-7 weeks we start opening picks for clients to choose their puppy. Upon choosing your puppy, we require half of your puppy’s total to be paid (Ex. 5th pick - $1,500; $500 deposit, $250 due). Unless already agreed and contracted by a Gold Extension or Black Plan.
Our puppies leave at 12 weeks to their furever homes. Upon picking up your new furbaby, we require the remaining half of your puppy’s total to be paid. Bringing the balance to $0 owed.
If you are needing extra time to figure out transportation to get your new fur-baby home, while we totally understand! We do charge per length of stay after 12 weeks, please refer to our ‘Boarding’ link on our Q&A page.
