Where will our puppies end up?
- Which breed were you interested in?
- Which puppy are you inquiring about?
- Are you looking for pet home or breeding & show rights?
- Do you understand that if at any point you can't care for your puppy it is to be returned to us at your expense?
- Who will be the primary caretaker of this puppy?
- We need your full name, address, city, and state for our paperwork.
- How many hours a day will the puppy be left unattended?
- Do you plan to crate train when you are gone? If so, how many hours a day? If not, are you fully prepared to completely puppy proof your house so your puppy can't get to anything to harm him/her?
- Are there children in the home? if yes, how many and what ages?
- Do you understand our puppies are puppies and are not trained. This means the puppy will need training to help with teething, play biting, jumping, and getting overly excited which isn't always ideal with young kiddos.
- Do you have other pets in the home? If so, breeds, ages, names, species?
- Please provide us with your vet, if you don't have one currently you need to have one lined up before your puppy leaves.
- Do you understand that at 8 weeks old puppies have only had 1 set of vaccines and should not be exposed to public places until the puppy has had all 3 rounds of puppy shots?
- Will the puppy be an indoor pet or outdoor pet?
- Please provide photos of the play area you have in mind for your puppy.
- Do you understand most puppies are chewers? This means they need to be supervised with toys that include stuffing, squeakers, or that may shred easily.
- Do you rent or own your home? If rent please provide us with landlords contact info or proof of permission to have pets.
- Do you agree to have your new puppy seen by a veterinarian within 7 business days of getting your new puppy?
- Have you ever had a puppy with parvo? If so, when?
- Do you understand once you place a holding fee on a pup it is nonrefundable? It is however transferrable and can be moved to another litter within 2 years of placing the holding fee.
- Do you understand that payments made the day of pickup must be cash only.
- Do you understand that we reserve the right to decline offering a puppy to your family for any reason if we feel it's in the best interest of our puppy.
- Do you understand you only have 24 hours to place a deposit on your choice of pick upon being notified through our waitlist?
- Do you understand you only have 48 hours to choose your puppy when it is your turn to pick?
- Do you understand to join our waitlist you must place a $100 reservation fee? Once the litter is born the remaining $400 is due to make the deposit?
- Do you understand that if you are choosing a pup that is already born you have 24 hours to put down the $500 reservation fee?
- Do you understand we only accept payments via- Cash app, Zelle, invoice or cash.
- Do you understand that we do not guarantee eye color as it can change as they age?
- Are you wanting a male or female?
- Do you have a preference on color or pairing?
- Do you understand that our puppies are never allowed to leave under 8 weeks of age.
- Are you a breeder?
- Do you understand that the puppy must be picked up in Portland, Oregon? If transportation is needed you can pay us extra to deliver or we can get a quote from one of our transporters/flight Nannie’s for you.
- Do you understand that we only send pics weekly? We are busy and can't always send pics more often. Please remember we are human and have lives as well.
- Do you understand that any and all meeting times will be scheduled in pacific time zone?

- Do you understand when puppies get bored they are destructive? A tired puppy is a happy puppy.
- Are you prepared to handle howling if living in an apartment or close to neighbors? (Leave blank if not inquiring about a husky.)
- Do you understand Huskies love to talk especially during crate training or when you leave. (Leave blank if not inquiring about a husky)
- Please provide a good contact number in case we need to contact you.
- Do you understand that at anytime you are not invited to our home. This is for our safety as well as our babies. We however can do a video call before a deposit is made.

- Are you ready to expect shedding?
- Where do you plan for the kitty to live?
- Do you plan to let your cat outdoors? If so, how do you plan to keep your kitty safe outside?
- Do you understand kittens and cats have sharp claws? Do you understand they can do damage to your furniture and household items, and/or hurt if they scratch you trying to defend themselves?
- Do you plan to maintain your cat‘s nails? If so, how do you plan to do this?
- Do you have children? If so, how many and what ages?
- Do you understand most children do not understand how to handle kittens and may hurt them or be hurt due to mishandling?
- Do you understand kittens are babies and don’t know boundaries and may bite or scratch while playing?
- Do you understand cats have a high jump and may jump on your counters?
- Do you understand cats use litter boxes to go to the restroom and they need to be cleaned daily? If not cleaned daily do you understand your cat may resort to using the restroom elsewhere?
- Do you understand litter is messy and your kitten/cat may carry it around your house on their paws if you don’t have a litter mat?
